Photographer’s Note

This week my friend Vikous inspired me with his picture: link so I decided to try the same and because I have never tried to do this technique before welcome any critique. This is the first one from three.

I used CPL to control reflections and enhance saturation, used ND grad to control bright parts and tripod.

Pretty shot of the Forest, the lighting and the colors looks beautiful ,i like the mixed between the front brown and the green reflection .

Hello, Jiri.

Wonderful Nikon greens and browns again! And I don't mean that disparagingly - it's not just the camera, of course, but the skill of the photographer too - especially in a situation such as this where there are very differing strengths of light.

Perfect exposure with wonderful brightness and detail in the upper part of the picture, lovely reflections on the water and fabulous detail in the darkest parts of the foreground too.

The slow shutter speed has given a lovely softness to the foreground water.
