I like how you introduce the Crimes of Passion sign in between the lights of the bus. It's also really good that those people stayed there for the whole time you exposed your shot. I also like the big crowd behind the lights, showing that this is the place to be!!
If I was picky, I'd say that I think you're lenses were not too clean because there are some random spots in the frames and also how the light diffuse (see big spot light top right).
If I was VERY VERY picky and if I did not know you, i'd sense a tiny bit of condescendence n the last sentence of the note...

Hey again - on the crazy new TE.
I like this shot a lot - the colour is really nice and the lights are obviously an attractive focal point. Very well handled night shot.
