Photographer's Note

Another shot from my time spent walking the grounds at Wrest Park, Bedfordshire, UK. The house and gardens were relatively free of visitors, probably due to the rain throughout the morning, however things brightened up significantly as the day progressed. This is the main path leading away from The Orangery and four of the many statues to be found within the gardens.

This is a very good capture. There is good symmetry in your composition which works well in these formal gardens. The path leads through the centre of the shot and with the lines converging gives a good sense of perspective. The tall trees either side of the path give the shot a good balance.
