Photographer’s Note

This is year 2004,
the bus here is making its way downhill from the Carpathian mountains to meet gaining blizzard.
We were half-asleep, waiting to pass the crossing of Ukrainian-Hungarian border.

In half a day, I would be in Vienna.

Now I'm scanning a bunch of neat films from Vienna. When I will have uploaded them I'll tell why they are mostly night-time.

I like your shot very much, despite a slight lack of sharpness. I wonder how it would look like in black & white. not much difference, maybe.
Any way, i can feel the atmosphere of a long journey through eastern and central Europe. The POV and the details (truck, little christian cross...) are interesting.
