Photographer's Note

The territory of Ukraine is mostly a level, treeless plain, calls "steppe". There are the Crimean Mountains in the Crimean peninsula and the Carpathians in the west, but they are not very high. Mixed forests of pine and fir-trees, beeches, limes, oaks and elms cover the mountains. Due to favorable climatic conditions, Ukraine is traditionally an agricultural area. It grows wheat, maize, buckwheat and other corn, red and green vegetables, all kinds of fruit, melons and berries.

I really like this, a really country scene - the little country church, the beautiful landscape, the man passing and that fantastic stormy sky. Great composition! Colours are also great!

Hi Janos,
Simple view at first glance but very well composed and taken, I like the subject of this fine little chapel and the contrasts of its red bricks against the dark clouds, this being enhanced by the special light of such weather conditions that lightens the bricks, then I like the human element and especially the way it balances the view, and finally the image quality is excellent, from a simple daily life scene you created a masterpiece of a photo my congratulations !

Janos, c'est une photo bien composée avec deux points importants, le cycliste et l'édifice en brique. Le cycliste avec ses sacs de patates semble un équilibriste. Le ciel est superbe.
