The Carpathian Mountains or Carpathians are a range of mountains forming an arc of roughly 1,500 km (932 mi) across Central and Eastern Europe, making them the largest mountain range in Europe. They provide the habitat for the largest populations in Europe of brown bears, wolves, chamois and lynxes, with the highest concentration in Romania,[2] as well as over one third of all European plant species.[3]

The chain of mountain ranges stretches in an arc from the Czech Republic in the northwest to Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Ukraine and Romania in the east, to the Iron Gates on the Danube River between Romania and Serbia in the south.

The Ukrainians sometimes denote as "Eastern Carpathians" only the Ukrainian Carpathians (or Wooded Carpathians.

Dear Adrianna...
This picture was very good, but if I may, the sky has many nuances beyond a pure white and it should be working! I also improved the colors, but the angle of the picture and see the scenario you have, just missing some settings that should come with time and here is a good place for you to learn! If you need something, just tell me! Another thing, let alone comment on the photos of others, more people will see your photos, then I hope your comments and hands to work!
