Photographer’s Note
There are not too many architectural monuments in Ukraine which survived the power of communists, who destroyed huge lot of churches and palaces. But many of the remaining still continue to crumble, like this palace in Khomutets village near Myrgorod. It was built in the beginning of 19-th century by father of famous Decembrists - brothers Muravyov-Apostols. Soviets confiscated the palace. Despite the fact that the power of Soviets worshiped the Decembrists, the palace became a college for many years. Now the college moved, and the palace continue to crumble...

Hello Valentyn,
I like the beautiful colors in your photo, and the photographer you captured kneeling down in front of the abandoned palace. Personally, I think the presentation would be stronger with some cropping. I made a workshop with my ideas. I hope you like it.:-)
