Photographer's Note

This Blahovishchenska (Annunciation) church was built in the detached part (called as a skete) of Mharskiy (Lubenskiy) Spaso-Preobrazhenskiy Monastir (see my TE shot “Welcome to the Monastery of Mhar!”).

In the skete, there is a spring with good water. Around the spring, there are many nice bushes of Cossack’s juniper (seen in the middle ground of the picture), which is very widely used for landscape design in Ukraine.
