Hi Zhenya,
we all deserve dignity in old age. It's a great tragedy that millions of the elderly in the former Soviet empire have been robbed of it. I'm not sure though that this man is necessarily in poverty. And if he is, would he like his image to be posted on the internet? Maybe he's just an old man who stopped to snack on his dried calamari?
