This is a shot taken while inside the bridge over the Kremenchug Water Basin between the city of Cherkassy and the Zolotonosha region.
The Kremenchug Water Basin is a "vodohranilische" (literally water storage/reservoir) on the Dnieper River flowing through the center of Ukraine.
