Photographer’s Note
Taken standing on the ground looking up. This is a residential building consisting of 9 stories. Such "high-rises" are fairly common in the city of Cherkassy. They are usually somewhat old and dilapidated, but often have small gardens of flowers and plants in front.
I'm always afraid to go on the elevator in these buildings; I don't think they are the safest things in the world :).
