[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The capital city of Switzerland, Bern, is not very big, but boasts the fact that it still conserves its old medieval buildings, and 5 km long arcades. What I like so much there is the fact that right after the last house of any street everything is green and you are right inside the nature. These old houses near the fast running Aare river made my delight with their typical roofs. I was lucky with the sunshine, and happy to discover that the weather reports which predicted rain were completely wrong this time.

Ahhh... sweet Bern...
Last time I was there I was 14, traveling with my parents :)
I still remember the swift-flowing river of glacier meltwater though, quite unique in a large city.
You have an excellent POV on this one, I love the flowing composition, the colors are varied and the contrast very good.
Can't imagine how it would look like with a wide angle.

One of my most beloved swiss cities, captured from a wonderfull pov.
Very nice geometry and great graphical effect with those nice roofs.

Izzet,
a very typical scene of the city of Bern - a city that I know fairly well. I worked there part time for 1/2 year and had several travels to get my visa for my stay in the US. I did many hikes a long the Aare and these houses. Did you also get to the Baerengraben?

ne kadar güzel ve temiz bir yer.gerçekten sizde mükemmel yansıtmışsınız.ben burada fotografta açı,simetri ve denge nasıl olur işte bunların tam bir örneğini görüyorum.özellikle ön planda kadrajın altından arka plana doğru uzayan evlerin görüntüsü son derece güzel görünüyor elinize sağlık.

Merhaba İzzet Bey, İsviçre'yi hiç görmedim. Ama gördüğüm fotoğraflardan, başkent olmasına rağmen Bern şehrinin tarihî dokusunun çok güzel korunduğuna tanık oluyorum. Fotoğrafınız da bu gerçeği doğruluyor. Özellikle bu coğrafyaya özgü üçgen çatılı evlerin Aare Nehri boyunca yapmış olduğu hafif kavis ve köprünün fotoğraf içindeki konumu göze çok hoş geliyor. Hava da güneşli olunca bol fotoğraflı bir seyahat gerçekleştirdiğinizi tahmin ediyorum. Saygılar, Tolga

Wonderfully composed with a superb pov over the roofs. The repetition of the triangles of the roofs and the inverse one with the river on the lower right of the frame look absolutely wonderful. The colors and sharpness, the light and the white potion of the roofs, the details and sense of depth are absolutely superb.
