Hello, Nikki -

Tilted building shots don't normally appeal to me - I find them "cutesy." But in this one it works, because it emphasizes the diagonal lines of the foreground building. Nice imagination!

Chapeau car tu as non seulement magnifiquement joué avec les lignes à droite mais l'invention du tilt pour mettre le batiment en rapport est vraiment bluffante !

This interesting composition reminds me of a Mondriaan painting, but then without the typical red or yellow touch.

Funny that the only text in this Lausanne image is...Zurich!

Tu ne postes plus souvent en ce moment, je sais que tu es occupée ;o)
Ton style a évolué avec quelques images graphiques du plus bel effet. J'aime bien leur originalité. Le tilt apporte beaucoup dans celle-ci.

Bonjour, Nikki. Il y a d'excellents contrastes dans cette photo. La construction est aussi très soignée avec ce tilt qui crée de splendides diagonales dans l'image. Le côté graphique n'est pas négligé non plus avec les triangles de l'avant-plan et une belle opposition de styles entre les deux bâtiments. Un ciel bien polarisé qui permet aux sujets principaux de bien se détacher.

Una gran toma, muy artistica y bien definida. Los tonos contrastan con fuerza sobre el fondo azul, las formas geometricas destacan por su exactitud en la composición.

La petite ville de province qui veut se prendre pour la grande metropole au bord de la Limmat, c'est amusant mais ca me parait manquer d'une couleur essentielle quand meme, a premiere vue y'en a plus a cote, j'y cours...

Interesting POV, balanced somehow. I don't know if I like it or not, but I understand the effort here.
Colour is great, although I'd use a stop or two more exposure to tone them brighter.

I like your abstract composition here using the diagonal lines of the new building as a guide. The colour contrast is exceptionally good. Its a sad thing that the old buildings are giving way for the new building, thereby erasing the heritage from the past.

j'ai un faible pour les tilts en photo d'architecture et les lignes pures. J'aime beaucoup la combinaison des deux éléments contre le ciel bien bieu et le graphisme bien prononcé! Une image élégante.
Ici aussi, plein de bâtiments restent vides, trop chers. La spéculation fait rage, tout le monde veut s'enrichir de plus en plus...

I like a loto the way you composed this picture. The tilted view makes it original and eye catching.
