I see back to the landscape shot Tan! This one is indeed beautiful though. A nice reflection, with the snow-capped peak in the middle of the frame. I like the autumn colours in this shot, gives it a different feel.

Hi Tan;

Amazing reflections and I love the rich reds on the right- amazing. I personally think the composition would be MUCh stronger though if cropped out about a finger and halfs width off the bottom- which would move the horizon off centre. The whole image as currently presented seems very centered. A small suggestion to make a good shot - even better (in my opinion of course).

Hi Tan,

Strong perspective that leads our eyes in the middle of the shot and keep them into it.

The mix of orange trees and blue sky is outstanding and there's plenty of this mix to really enjoy this scene forever. Good use of the topography to create and X composition with a strong focal point.

Light is generous on the largest chunk of land, while setting the other in darkness. But I think that this shift of contrast balance the composition, that would have been too much centred if light would have been equal on each side.

This is a perfect mirrored picture. Only the soft ripples on the water say it is real. The colours are simply fantastic as it is the light. Well done.

Bonfour Tan,
je suisséduit par ce paysage à la magnifique symétrie obtenue par un POV très bas, vraiment judicieux. Les couleurs magnifiques, cette bande d'arbre 'rouille' au milieu de ce bleu.

Grüezi Captain,
The wide version is also very appealing, it gives a better impression on how the village is surrounded by the magnifiscent glowing nature, and with the wide angle dynamism the clouds can contribute better to the 3D rendering.

Perfect reflexion and symetry, yes this is centered but the wide angle adds all the added value here in that case.

Wow, this is an awesome shot! The reflection is perfect, almost like a mirror, so that we get a double image. I like the colour too, particularly the bright orange leaves on the trees. Great cloud pattern always helps too! Nice work!

I knew that the Silvaplana was beautiful; I helped politically to keep it that way; I did my PhD work on the Larch budworm that turns the Larch trees prematurely red in summer. But your picture is more beautiful than what I knew about the region. You really did it! My compliments.

Holy molly! This is an awesome reflection shot. The symmetry is so perfect. The orange trees and the blue sky complement each other nicely, and I think the contrast and sharpness are both perfect too. It almost looks 3D. I'm looking forward to seeing your new shots when you get back from traveling.
