it was a small boat race during fete de geneve 2006, at lake leman.

just choose this because I am now work work work hard, seems endless, ... :((

Hi Cessy. The fast shutter speed froze the moment wonderfully with plenty of sharpness. The tighter framing helps us focus on the details well. You pressed the shutter at just the right time. You have a sporty weekend too!

Hello Cessy,

As an old rower, and the father of a rower I am immediately attrated this very fine image. You've caught the rowers at the instant of "catch," when the oar blades are dropped into the water for a stroke. This is a very short, fleeting instant. It would have been better to include the eighth rower (the "stroke") and the coxwain, but you might have been too close to get the whole boat.
