I don't know what it is about people on rainy days, but I find them fascinating. Maybe it is because I was raised in an area that does not have rain too often...

This image has been slightly cropped and converted to sepia via Picassa by Google.

As always, constructive criticism and recommendations are welcomed.

PEACE to you all.

hi Joseph, it's a nice shot, sepia gives a nice athmosphere for this rainy day...maybe it could be interesting to cut the right side of the picture to have the character less central...
well done. Best regards.
Fab.

Hi Joseph,
Very good atmosphere created by tranfered into sepia, but the right side black patch is somewhat distracting the vision while looking at the picture, otherwise it is a perfact.

Hi Joseph!!
Good shot, it's a sort of "panoramic format" which add something nice to the pic. If it had being possible I would have waited a bit longer for the guy to walk a bit further and (my personal opinion) I would have cropped a bit on the left side of the picture (or move the camera to the right). Sepia tone I think is ok for this kind of shot where probably sky and colours are a bit too plain.
Keep posting, take care and my best regards!!
Igor

Hi J. Your use of sepia has inpired me to play around more with mochromatic filters. This shot and the "Jesus' Baptism" shot offer very enticing textures for me. I believe the mono tones offer the respite to the eye to forget color (often the initial focus) and study texture (or mood, or tone) instead.

Hi Giuseppe, this one is good!
well composed and taken, the sepia tones are a bit strong for me...but it is just a personal taste..
Anyway good work!
ciao!
Valeria

Nice and impressive shot. Seems to be taken 100 years ago!

Very good one!
There is some nostalgia and autumn spirit in this photo.
Like very much the form of the cadre and your colors' choice!
Regards,
Mimi
