Wonderful sunny day in Saas Fee, we were skiing and on the way up in the chair lift I took this photo of the glacier with Ulla in the foreground. You can see the size of this glacier if you notice the other skiers in the bottom of the photo. And who the Beauty is I let you deside....

On peut entendre son respire jusqu'ici au Canada, ça respire la paix. C'est vraiement grandiose. Le visage de Ulla fait toute la différence dans cette photo, elle ne prend pas trop de place mais elle donne tout le sens.

très belle photo, j'aime le "froid" que l' on peut ressentir à travers cette image et l'étendue du décor. Cadrage bien choisi qui met en évidence autant le visage et laisse aussi la place au décor. Bravo!

1.beautiful/amazing scenery.what can one say when standing in front of such glory ?
I think I can "hear" the special kind of silence that exists in such a place.sure you have experienced it yourself.

Hi Allan. Again a beautiful picture. What are the alps great. You give a lot of dept to this picture. The sight of the glacier is great. The blue of the sky is beautiful. And the picture is sharp. Is it a digital picture or do you captured it on film?

ps. I hope the beauty on the right is your girlfriend or wive.

De toute beauté cette photo, le contraste de ce visage avec ce paysage est magnifique. L'expression de cette dame est surprenant, on voit et entend presque le calme, la sérénité et ses pensées, elle semble si heureuse de de se retrouver dans un tel lieu, le bonheur.
So beautiful this photograph, the contrast of this face with this landscape is splendid. The expression of this lady is surprising, we see and hear almost calms it, serenity and its thoughts, it seems so happy of to be found in such a place, happiness.

Beautiful picture again..With the small people on the piste, you can imagine how big the glacier is, although you still can't see the whole glacier.
As you can understand , I'd rather seen a beautiful man in the foreground, but this woman will get my 2 points as well!

Interesting composition. Amazing texture of the glacier. Contrasts between the colors of the woman and the glacier and their sizes are well-seen. Good shot!
