Photographer’s Note
The mountain range of the Gastlosen are located on hte south of the canton of Fribourg. The top, the Bireflu, is around 2123 m heigh. This mountain range is the paradise of the climbers. From the starter to the confirmed climbers, all will found a way. Erhard Loretan, which has already climb the 14 8000m of the world, has started to climb on these mountains.
On the bottom left side of the picture you can see a chalet. This is the "Chalet du Regiment". This chalet was built in 1944 by the troops of Fribourg. Now it is open for the tourist and the climbers that want spend nights in mountains. History of the Chalet.
The picture was taken from an airplane at 2800 m.

Vous avez pris de la hauteur pour prendre cette photo! Il s'agit d'une autre vue superbe des montagnes suisses et ici, j'aime bien l'alignement des sommets de l'avant plan. bien vu!

This is an interesting composition in that you did not include any sky. The diagonal you created with those peaks in the center of your composition really holds your eye. Well done.

What a grand landscape Jaques, the "little" chalet gives us a real sense of the grandness here. Well composed.

Effectivement le chalet donne de la grandeur aux Gastlosen, lui tout petit tout en bas et elle si grandes.
