This is a verry diferent composition. I like it a lot. The photo has a real dept to it. It almost looks like the ground falls straight down on the other side of your friend. looks a bit dangerous.

very impressive PS work! though he looks like lying in sarcofaghus (sorry) rather then resting. maybe add an arm to give more relaxing atmosphere

Thumbs up for the idea, a very original one : that's more humorous category to me than people...

I'll had a workshop to try to fix some minor flaws, IMO : the foreground plants that are not consistently green and the viewing direction.
