Photographer’s Note
Out for a walk at the edge of the Leman's lake. Abundant binoculars, but a slight different PoV for this one, now we're on a boat seeking for earth. France is just in front of us.

great work, I like the two red objects here, are they engines? I like the mountains and the sky and water merging in colour

Hi Carlos, what a fine and highly saturated rendition of your quest this is ;-) Peerin' thru/along the twin telescopes and looking at the snowed peaks of the French Alps. I like the along the telescopes PoV. Together with the strong highlites and the wake in the lake, they make this a highly enjoyable and somehow unreal viewing experience. Xcellent job, Parabens!

Hi Carlos, surprising composition, it looks as if these are two big red floaters going all the way to France. The funny thing is, that it really seems to be floating because of the paralle ripples in the water.
I like the duotone, nice strong colors.
Nice title would have been: who's afraid of red and blue?
Well seen.

Hi carlos
Good use of linear perspective. Excellent colour & sharpness. I like the mountains in the background appearing to rise out of the distant lake shoreline. Well done!

Hi Carlos,
I could never have figured out what this was hadn't it been for your note. I like how the red is so different from the rest (obviously that's what makes this special and why you took it). The framing's really nice and I'm glad there where mountains in the back. I like the softness of the water.

This has an unearthly feel to it that brought a film image to my mind. It makes me think of the Planet of the Apes and the area the space capsule crashes. This only is a bluer and snowier version of that desert scene to me. And The binoculars seem like pontoons here. the textures on the surface, the soft ripples, are really nicely captured. And overall the blue tones look great with the red binoculars entering in. And the ripples connect perfectly with the bincoulars. Nicely done.
