Photographer’s Note

This ridge path lies in the Fribourg Pre-Alps and leads to La Dent de Lys (2014m). This picture has been taken just after the Col de Lys (Lili pass - 1783m - see here). We don't see the summit on that picture (it is behind me). The view is really great.

Jolie photo verdoyante de ce sommet, le marcheur donne un plus grand effet d'immensité de cette "dent" face au randonneur.

Une belle vue et ces marcheurs (il me semble en voir deux) ajoutent un plus à l'image.
Savent-ils que les choses sérieuses commence au bout de cette crête ?

Very nice shot showing the trail to the top of the mountain with people to depict scale. Good DOF with sharp focus front to back. Good perspective with foreground mountain very clear, while background diminishes in the mist. Perhaps the sky could be cropped from the top because it is not very interesting. But overall a good job!

This looks like a wonderful place to go hiking, with some stunning views. I love the person included giving this photo depth, and showing just how steep the trail is. I love the lines the greenery forms leading up to the edge of the cliff and off into the open view on the right. Well done.
