[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Here we are the medical team doing some practices for the race of "La Patrouille des Glaciers". We have done some avalanche simulation rescues.
The weather as you can see was...a little bit white, and cold...land and sky was practically the same, giving a very special atmosphere to this place. Some times, when the wether is really cloudy and foggy, we call this "White day". Sometimes you can have the feeling that you are flying, because you see all in white, and you can not fixe your look on something. Not a nice feeling...

Javier - great shot of the hikers - so much atmosphere and mood is portrayed through the whiteness. Youve handled the white conditions really well.
Regards.
Dave

Hi Javier,
Winter is over but you bring us a kind of winter blizzard, how nice ;-)
But your picture is great where the snow is falling and the people struggle to get on top. A nice line of people which cuts through the image, great crop and framing, i like this, very good work.
Regards, Henk

Hello Javier,

a very beautiful mountain picture, where the only color is from the climbers. I like the snow flakes well visible over them. I think they liked a little less...
Ciao Stefano

Hola company!!

Quin fred! neu, alçada, vent... vas pescar-ho tot!

A bientôt
Marc

Hello Javier,

Oeh, it just feels cold looking at it! Taken half april! Half april I was walking in the sun in my shorts. :-)

Greetings,
Dennis

Hello Javier,
It is always interesting for me to watch the views of different seasons. Here the summer began with high tempratures, but your photo describes the diffuculties of the winter. A very nice composition,
Best regards,
Tulay

Salut Javier,

Ivana

Hello Javier!
Great winer atmosphere and nice point of view!
Excellent done!
Best regards!

Miguel

Hi Javier.
The opposing diagonal lines make for a splendid composition and the people show well against the white out conditions.
Great shot.
Phil

Salut Javier,
