Picture is showing a secenry on the wlking trail located between Zermatt and Zmutt, a very small village which is only populated during summer time.

Zmutt (also spelled Z'mutt, Z'Mutt, Z-Mutt) is a small village in the municipality of Zermatt, Valais, Switzerland, situated at 1936 m in the Zmutt Valley (Zmuttal) west of Zermatt. The village chapel is dedicated to Saint Catherine of Alexandria, patroness of the Valais. The valley passes the northern slope of the Matterhorn and terminates in the Zmutt Glacier on the border to Italy's Aosta Valley. Source Wikipedia

Bonjour jean Claude ,
Cette composition est très réussie avec des éléments très bien placés : le marcheur sur la courbe du sentier , qui mène vers les chalets . Les arolles sombres apportent un bon contraste au paysage enneigé . Très bonne utilisation des branches de mélèzes au premier plan .

The curving trail leads us nicely through the snowy mountains to the village.

anche se noln si vede il Cervino anche questa è molto bella con la diagonale della strada che prosegue virtualmente sul costone della montagna, per il ricco cielo dal colore intenso e per la neve esposta come si deve.
Le tue foto sono sempre molto raffinate e curate in ogni dettaglio e questa non fa eccezione.
Ottima la nitidezza e più che buono il contrasto. Eccellente la luminosità.

Viewers are drawn up into the snow scene as the path is pulling the eye about the frame thru. The colors and lighitng are sublime with good depth and contrast. I must say there's something appealing about this photo, the blue sky is great, and the tiny fig is there to make it happening and the tree branches filling the top frame finishes off beautifully, A very well thought out photo works, My congrats
