Photographer's Note
here we are on the upwards journey from the Bettmeralp (1900m) up to the Bettmerhorn (2900m), just don't look down if you got vertigo.
The path up the mountain is zig zagging trough the rocks up to the summit. Far below us we can just spot the hamlet of Bettmeralp and the Bettmer lake. Bettmeralp can be reached by cable car only and is a completly car free zone.
The Bettmer lake is the perfect place for a sundowner as you will surely see in a later picture as well.

Hi Daniel,
Quite impressive image. I like the snake walking roads and the cold mountain lake. Good capture, have a lovely weekend.

Hi Daniel,
Took me a moment to get my bearings with your shot, and when I did, that good old vertigo feeling set in! The positioning of the lake is beautiful, and the snaking path looks excellent. A long hard trek to get here and take this I am guessing! Well worth it though, such a stunning view.
All the best
Noel

Hi dear Daniel
Ya I have an illusion that I may be fallen down otherwise will be vaccumed to the bottom. Great usage of widefocus by so deep exposure, that is able to describe all clearly from the front to the rear. Thanks for your sharing and have a good Sunady!

I've definitely got a bit of vertigo from looking at this one, Daniel. Great POV that really expresses the downward slop and the height - not the easiest thing to really express. Great light and clarity throughout. Nicely done!
Andrew
