I should say, it's quite a rare winter view of Mt. Rigi; shot from afar, using a tele-lens; no tripod.
Shot during Luzern Carnival - Luzerner Fasnacht 2013.
Mt. Rigi is usually referred to as 'Queen of the Mountains'.
For quite some time I've been thinking of quitting TrekEarth forever.
But then I changed my mind and decided that I'd stick to the "policy" that some (or, rather, many) TE members practice: I will only (or mainly) post photos - but I am unlikely to do the 'critiquing job' (due to very serious lack of time and absence of good mood). If time and mood return, all the better...
So, first of all, I apologize to my TE friends in advance!

Well, even if you won't "scratch my back" :-) I will gladly comment that this is a fine photo of white and blue on white and blue with two good diagonals and one very sharp vertical line. A plain but very attractive composition with an excellent exposure.

The picture is probably taken after much snowfall. Everything is white, the entire rock face, every single tree, the buildings on the top.
I understand, time is a key factor in our lives ... but best wishes for an outstanding mood, Paul

Ok , not comments from you, but some posts from time to time?
Like this personal one where there are only soft blue and white, the color of Argentina´s flag
May be the column on top would be good to hang the flag
Time, your are quite right, TE takes it, but also, I learn with comments and post

Hello Elena ,
This is a stunning view of this famous mountain entirely frozen . This was in the last cold winter . Not the same this year .
Keep on posting from time to time , even you don't get enought time to comments .

Magnifique vue sur la montagne et sa tour qui semblent pétrifiées sous la neige. Lumière parfaite. Bien fait.

Indeed, TE is time consuming and specailly the 'critiquing job'. But on the other hand, in this way you are in contact with other people and very often meet friends. And this is for me the most valuable thing on this site. Just the photos one can see in pother sites of Internet.
Amazing view of this quenn of mountain or I would rather call it Queeen of ice and snow. How nice is this tiny house on the top. Fairy tale view with all white.
Warm regrads MAlgo
