Photographer’s Note
As I have reach the 5 MB, you can see the large panorama on my web site.
The Gruyère is a part of the canton of Fribourg. The castle of Gruyères (see my next picture) is one of the beautiful of Switzerland. It is build on th etop of a hill. From here you can have a view on the Sarine valley, and control the access of it. I think it was build here for this reason.
The panorama that I presnet to you today is from the small airfield of Epagny. The picture is the assembly of 12 photos. Starting at the East, at the foor of the "Dent de Broc", to the West, the village of Epagny, by the South.

Bon travail!

Beautiful, very Swiss panorama, Jacques. Impressive work stiching 12 photos together. Only if I look really, really close am I able to spot some small deviations from the vertical line. Very nice light, colors and details thoughout the entire picture. Good composition with the cloud-shrouded mountains as backdrop. I love looking at it - well done!

Oh wonderful capture of this wonderful place - I like the play with light and shadow - very well done - I can image how difficult it be to take 12 photos and still got this effect :-)
Thanks, Jacques for sharing this fine work.
(Actully I wanted to comment your latest post but ended up with this :-)

Wow, this is really what the panorama feature was invented for, I guess. A true feeling of "being there" is conveyed looking at this grand Swiss landscape with the village and the castle captured in front of the mountain range. A fine job stitching 12(!) pictures seamlessly, congratulations Jacques.
