Photographer's Note

after some time at least again a picture from my hometown Basel.
Waiting for the tram on the way home, the late afternoon sun shines on the colorful autumn trees in front of the Cargo terminal from the Basel railway station.
Basel, lying in the triangle of Switzerland, France and Germany has three railway station: The Swiss railway station SBB, the German station of Badischer Bahnhof and the French station, fenced of the Swiss station, from which the trains to the Alsace and Paris leave.
The bridge over the rails in front of the station has recently been renovated, occasion to in cooperate some contemporary art. The general public was ask to submit some poesie and the winner's phrase was painted in bold letters across the over 200m bridge.
