Aarau riverside at dusk.

Aarau is the capital of canton Aargau by the river Aare. While the town doesn't have major tourist attractions, it's still quite charming. It has large walled old town with still remaining city gates. As can be seen from the picture the city wall consists of adjoining buildings. There is also a wide selection of restaurants within the old town.

Good capture in the nightfall. The clock on church tower is very interesting. Very nice colors and good sharpness.

Well timed night shot in the blue hour. The diagonal of the perspective leads the eye right to the flood-lit church which seems to dominate. Well exposed image with plenty of detail still to see in the gathering dusk.
