Here's a view of the historical center of Zurich, Switzerland.
To me, the sepia tone was a good way to convey this travel back in history you feel when going through this part of Zurich. The various cathedrals and bulding take their roots to the very medieval origins of Europe.
I made a strong cropping of the picture to focus on the two high buliding on the foreground by adjusting the picture to the canal width. Then, when turning the picture sepia, I thought the result could be improved by adding a rather hard sharping effect...

A great city view Steven...The composition and framing are great...I love the way sepia add to the feeling of "old"...Just perfect!

Excellent framing. Sepia works really well here. The brightness of the boat cover in the lower left is a bit distracting but it is very minor. Very well done, Stephane.
