This is one view of Lugano, in Ticino, Switzerland. A very touristic city, in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland. It is about a one hour drive from Milano by car and about 20 minutes from the Italian border.
Though not as frequented as other cities like Geneve or mountain resourts in the Alps, it recieves many tourists in the summer. Defenitely worth a vacation. You can drive every day between Italy in Switzerland and enjoy both.. |

Hi Ian,
Beautifully composed Lugano. The buildings in the foreground perfectly set for the mountain rage as the backdrop.
