- heavy and loud road traffic,
- masses of lightly dressed tourists in the umbrageous arcades,
- hectic installation works (see workshop) for Locarno Film Festival,
- testing of the loudspeakers ...

Hello Frank,

Architectural details is what attract me most to this composition. However the man sitting there and staring forward does make an excellent subject. I just wonder what caught his attention. Good sharpness and light. Thanks Frank :-)

Giving frustration and resignation a face. Too confused even to order a beer.
The chaos of the street seems to have reached even the sidewalk. I get a suspicion that you didn't really like this place any better.

Hi Frank,
This man seems to be quite satisfied with life, sitting here, having a drink! I believe his satisfaction depends a lot a the good framing you have given him. That line of balconys above him is a very fine part of your composition. Is he aware of being on TE?

was für eine tolle Haltung! Er genießt sichtlich das Leben. Tolle Aufnahme, sehr guter POV, schönes Licht und man kann ganz neidisch auf ihn werden, dass er es sich so unverschämt gut gehen lässt! Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass Du es dir auch oft so gemütlich machst! TFS!

Your note makes this shot humorous. Otherwise a good daily life shot. Lots of details to take in in this shot and the architecture is what catches my eyes most. I think he is enjoying his rest and what he sees. :-)
