Photographer’s Note
Rhine Falls (Rheinfall) is an amazing place. It can be full of colours and full of tourists too as already showed Jean-Yves in his beautiful photo. However if you prefer to experience mysterious Rheinfall without the tourists at all, visit it in a rainy morning just before the sunrise as I did two weeks ago on my journey to Corsica.
BTW, the photo is taken from hand, without a tripod. Usable ISO 1600 and stabilised chip of my new Minolta 5D is quite handy combination for such situations.

Bonsoir mon ami Marek,
Philippe

Hej Marek,
The light of the street lamps and the cloudy sky create a nice atmosphere. The water falls are very nice too. Well captured!

Hi Marek
Very interesting this photo, the blur, the dark colours gives to the final result an aspect quite dramatic.
A different way to shot, you broke with your portfolio
Well done

Hi Marek,
The limited range of colors is supporting the mood, good framing but maybe you could have cropped out the single branch on the right.
Looks like the image stabilizer works pretty good,-congratulations on your new camera!
Greetings,
Hermann

Hi Marek,
A superb composition that very much resembles a painting. Although some may not like the softness visible in some areas, I think this is a very fine look for the foreground and middle frame, while the buildings on the hill are in good sharp detail. The exposure level also seems just right. You did well to achieve this result without a tripod, as your note indicates.

Hi Marek,
I agree with previous writers but I find your composition absolutely not bad, a ISO 1600 is not perfectly better and use a ISO 400.
Thanks a lot
John
