Against the blue sky
 |

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
In the corner of the Marktgasse and Neugasse in Sank Gallen, some minutes before I shot this other picture, I put my camera on the tripod at ca. 30 cm height and took this picture in Programme mode. The street to the right is the Neugasse, and the one in front is the Marktgasse.
As it can be seen, there was almost nobody out there in that evening. The tower in the background belongs to the Protestant Church, that can also be seen here.
Behind the tree to the left there is a monument that I don't remember in honour of whom it was erected.
I increased colour saturation a little bit and applied USM after resizing. The sky was really this blue. It was an overcast day with a little snow falling at that precise moment. |

Jurgen,
This is a nice blue hour shot. I like the streaking caused by the falling snow at this slow shutter speed. The lighting and colors are great with nice sharpness and detail.

Asa
