Hi Jurgen,
I am happy to be the first amongst 21 who write to this spectacular one.
Great long exposure under snow. I love the saturated colors here, and especially the snow under 1/2 sec. exposure. The umbrella figures are perfect additions, it is very good idea to wait for them. Lovely work indeed.
Cheers,
Deniz

Hello Jurgen! St. Gallen is truly a very nice town - in my opinion - and I am glad you made this move to visit another interesting corner other than following the normal tourist path. Very nice mood of this winter surprise we had and I like the heavy snow fall we can see in the street lamp but also the couple under the umbrella is a nice feature and breaks up the empty street but also showing that it is a cold night and that not many want to go out but rather sit inside warming up. Very nice work, I really like. Have a good night, Barbara.

Hallo Jürgen,
Dieses Paar ist ein sehr wichtiges Element in der Komposition. Das grünstich ist wahrscheinlich gewollt und passt sehr gut zur Stimmung.
Schlechwetter war für einmal Trumpf!

Hello Jurgen,
The couple under the umbrella plays an important part in this pretty scene.
It might increase a romantic mood more when using faster shutter speed of 1/30 or 1/50 to stop the snowfall, because the snow looks like rain.
Still definitely a successful shot.
Regards, Hisashi

What a wonderful curve!
I love blue and yellow when they come together
(any blue and any yellow: dark or light, azure or lemon whatever hue)...
Here you made my eyes have a holiday
looking at dark night blue in combination with gold and gold-like colours.
The wires at the top...
Normally they disturb a view but here they help in creating the perspective...
Normally the perspective leads to something far away, here you take the eye back to the foreground with the couple under an umbrella.
By the way reflections play well
with the wires.
