[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is taken near the Grand Hotel Quellenhof, a health and recuperation oasis because of its natural sping. We didn’t stay there, just on our way to see Tamina River Gorge, which was closed by the time we got there. Don’t know the name of this tree, and this is taken in the spring time, but the leaves are red and brown like it is in the falls.

Bad Ragaz is a municipality in the Wahlkreis (constituency) of Sarganserland in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland.

It is the home of a famous natural spring and is a popular spa and health resort destination. One of the largest spa hotels is the Grand Hotel Quellenhof, owned by the Schmidheiny family.

this is a beautiful view with a simple but really effective compo. The big tree on the left is beautiful in its red tonality and really stands well against the beautiful bg. The tower on the right offers a good point of focus and leads the eye straight to the majesty of the mountains in the bg. A very beautifully composed shot. I like it!

Anter nice one from Swiss. The composition with the tree, the bending road, the church, it all fits perfectly inside here. In the bacground the majestic mountain with snow on them give the last pnch...great. You were real lucky here on the weather, it's not hazy and shows lots of detail...great shot.

You have an expensive taste :) Grand Hotel Quellenhof is for those who have a little extra money in their pocket. But right beside, there is a Spa for everybody and they are just doing some work on it so it will re-open in approx. one year. I sometimes go there, especially in winter when it snows, and it is such a wonderful treat to sit outside in the warm water. My vacation home is a 40 minute drive away and the Spa is a nice litte extra. I like the spring mood that "hangs" in your picture. A typical scene of the area with the white peaks after a spring with lots of snow, nicely presented by Way :) Barbara.

Switzerland, one of my favorite countries! I love this country, the landscape is overwhelming! Wonderfully composed shot, the tree on the left side of the image and the church in front of the mountains on the left side, simply perfect! The path leads the eye towards the mountains and the sky is lovely. Another great shot of yours, very nice!

Switserland one of the most beautiful countries in Europe for photographers.
F/8 and 1/125 seconde and nevertheless a wonderful depth sharpness, wit a F/16 or 18 can the depth sharpness still better.
Great composition and splendid colour, excellent presentation, a picture for enjoy.

What a fantastic new picture in your gallery. I like this view a lot, something really typical for Austria or Switzerland (and also for the southern part of Germany), and you present it on a very special way, that I do like a lot. You composed the picture perfetly with the tree, the church, the paht and the mountains and you chose an excellent point of view. Also fantasic colors making a brilliant contrast to each other and wonderful sharpness and clarity.

typically amazing Swiss landscape, with the Alps in the background. The contrast of the red tree with the green and the blue is very pleasant and relaxing. Perfect the management of the light and the definition of the details. This is a photo that I like a lot, you have done an excellent job.

Beautiful Way
You win these kind of landscapes hands down This is a beautiful walk I imagine breathing in the Swiss alpine air. Again with the church and Alpine scenery works the best and I love these type of landscapes. You used the red tree to hide the buildings which may not have offered anything to this composition. Beautiful cloud formations and naturals colours. Excellent capture, btw thank you for your comment on my capture, it was a beautiful read and I really enjoyed your thoughts.
