Hello Julian

This sure is a spendid refreshment in this green season, hopefully this autumn will stay good and crisp as the one in this photo.
I feel the photo is very appealing to me as a viewer. The scene is well presented with a relative simple composition and motiv. The orange trees in the foreground is what's taking my attention instantly, leading my eyes back into the slightly less dense background and letting me really into the scene.
I really can't say much I would change in this photo, but I would have, if possible, tried a wider view. Something more similar to the standard horizontal photo.

Pleasure for eyes. Glowing hue of the larches introduces wonderful colour contrast in comparison with the greyish background. The almost square format is original and convincing for me.

I am from the mountains in Canada and know well the larches in the fall. Great capture and lighting here.

Theres gret clarity here throughout the shot. I love the colour of the trees - teh light hits it well

Hi Julian,
Beautiful colour combination of bright orange of larches and bluish mountain face in the background. One can really see that that time of October is already chilly up there. Well done tele shot on excellent sidelight.
