on a perfectly sunny winter day after New Year.
Wiesen, fairly distant from Davos, used to be a separate village until 01.01.2009 when it merged with Davos and called Davos-Wiesen created the 6th fraction of the city with highest altitude in Europe - Davos.

David,
This is a great shot of this snowy scene. The angle created by the slope of the mountain to create a diagonal through the shot. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and DOF. The star effect on the sun is nice.

the strong contrast on the snow created by the backlight is very appealing. Well baklanced image with the hut and the mountaim background. Thanks for sharing.
