Photographer’s Note

A group of scholars, twelve in total, we travelled to Switzerland to meet our teachers after forty years !! We stayed in this beautiful village, Amden. It was an unforgettable trip. We met our teachers and we were trekking in the area, and also the Toggenburg. Same areas as we were a long time ago, in the year 1956 ! The Mürtschenstock, 2410 m, defiant, just behind the church.

Une belle église , dans un magnifique décor de montagne . De jolis contrastes , aussi . Une autre perspective , ou un autre cadrage 'avec les mats à gauche en moins) aurait été bien aussi .

Such a beautiful scenic view. Your note is very interesting to read. If you are meeting after 40 years you must be at least 50 yourself and your teachers could be around 70? Really nice to read. I wish I meet up my teachers sometime. It only been 15 years since i left school though:).

Roser,
This a very typical view of many Swiss small town, always a couple of charming churches, one of Catholic an one of Protestant, in a very beuatiful setting with green field and snow mountain in the back with some scatter houses. Really beautiful and take me back there once again. Thanks
