Red Jacket Gang (Senior Variation) Photo

Photographer’s Note

Since our Valaisan friends lost appeal for the red, let's boost this superb color that has the advantage of offering a superb contrast against the spring strong greens such as here on the shores of the Seealpsee, after one big hour ascent this senior hiker felt the need for a refueling in these superb natural surroundings.

Yesterday the city of Chur not far from here registered a new heat record with 34.1°C, for sure its inhabitants would prefer to be here at the place of this old man !

Tu vert plus beau que nature mais pourquoi ce rouge qui trouble l'harmonie des lieux?
On y retrouve bien tes bonnes vieilles habitudes.

Oui, il fallait saisir cette authentique veste rouge en plein milieu de cette grande nature sauvage. J'espère que l'approche n'a pas été trop difficile afin de réussir à composer si bien en la plaçant dans le coin en bas à droite ;o)
Très très bonnes exposition et netteté.

Tu sais ce qu'ils te disent les séniors...bon, cette petite touche de rouge est bienvenue quand même dans ce somptueux paysage (pas mal pour organiser un meeting TE ici?)où l'on retrouve tous les ingrédients des somptueuses compositions pixelterrorienne.

encore un tres beau paysage suisse. C'est bien construit. Il y a tout, l'eau, la neige, la foret et meme la touxche de couleur.
Au fait je vois dans ton intro que tu es devenu suisse ?

je suis passé par Chur plusieurs de fois....mais pour travaille...donc je n'a pas pu m'adventurer dans ces endroits....

l'image estr très bonne et nous montre la majesté des paysages alpins.....

les tonalités du vert sont aussi charmantes et bien contrastent avec le rouge des vetements de cet homme

I can recognise the mountains shown in your second last posting. It is so remarkable that I could not forget. The picture is simply wonderful in colours, light, sharpness, POV and scenery. And the red, of course, stands out nicely. Well done.

Je dois avouer que le titre de ce post m a bien fait rigoler; plutot un bon depart pour une journée qui promet d etre encore chaude (mais pour Grenoble, c est un peu une habitude).
Meme sans l alibi de la fraicheur, cette ballade me semble tres sympa. J apprecie que le cadrage laisse les sommets deboucher dans le fond. Pour le detail, j aurais recadré legerement pour retirer le poteau en bord de cadre a droite.

Bonjour ,
Je ne savais pas que le canton d'Apenzell pouvait présenter des paysages alpins si hardis . Quel beau lac de montagne ! Tout y est (sauf le reflet) : la végétation aux couleurs différentes , les rochers , pelouses , pic abrupts , neige , ciel bleu , pour composer un admirable tableau , avec en prime le promeneur en veste rouge . Et quelle pureté de la lumière ! Tout cela donne des envies de montagne .

Bonjour, JY. Des couleurs bien saturées qui donnent du punch à ton image. Le rouge saute aux yeux, quoi de plus normal? Tu as choisi un PDV avec une belle trouée dans la verdure pour nous ouvrir la vue sur la lac et le très bel arrière-plan. Très bonne composition.

Fresh green is truly pleasant! Greenery, lake, and the blue sky of everyone's favorite are beautifully framed with luminous snow. we can see a very slim pin of ten-pin bowling at the distant Säntis peak, and a Canon guy also is put without forgetting. By the way, a word "aka" means red in Japanese.

Cette composition est bien vu et le personnage, et sa belle veste, idéalement situé.
Très beau rendu malgré une lumière qui semble assez dure, ce capteur semble fonctionner correctement ;-)

Cette veste rouge à choisi le bon endroit pour déguster sont casse croûte pendant que tu faisais cette photo. L'endroit a l'air superbe, surtout à cette époque de l'année avec tout ce vert qui explose de toutes parts. J'imagine qu'un peu plus tard en saison cela sera un peu plus sec... surtout avec un été qui a décidé de prendre ces quartiers le 20 mai (heureusement depuis hier ça va mieux).

Dear Jean Ives ,

estoy de acuerdo en que el hombre de la chaqueta roja desvia toda la atencion en esta fotografia de tan espectacular paisaje.
Pero tambien pone la nota especial de color a la excelente paleta de colores verdes y azules y el colocarlo en el tercio inferior derecho de la foto , hace que sea una composicion muy bella y atractiva.

ah oui,tu as entièrement raison en ce qui concerne les quelques pixels rouges!Ils font ici un formidable point d'accroche!Quant aux pixels verts,tous les superlatifs ne seront pas assez forts pour décrire leur beauté,et je ne pense pas faire de jaloux en disant ça!Et que dire du bleu???Et du paysage???Wooow!Magnifique!

Hello JY, I've just noticed this wonderful view. While feeling the scent of the spring around the lake, the winter is still prevailing on the peaks of the mountains. The red-dressed man fits quite well with the green texture of the nature.
