Photographer’s Note
After 7 days in Switzerland with low clouds I finally woke up and saw Saentis above the town of Herisau, in the Appenzell region of Switzerland. This photo was taken about 7am after I laced up my boots for a day of hiking.
Because I can't figure out how to shoot mountains I used a massive exposure compensation of -1 1/3 so the foreground is darker than I'd wanted. Sharpened a bit in CS2. Comments appreciated!!!
