Photographer's Note
What would be more suitable than posting a photo from my home town Jönköping as my 100e post here on TE. Try to pronounce it if you can [ˈjnįøːpiŋ]!!
The church in the middle is called Sofia Church and It is one of two major churches in town, previous the State church of Sweden.
From Wikipedia we have some facts on the matter;
"Jönköping is a city in Småland in southern Sweden with 84,423 inhabitants (2005). It is the 9th most populous city of Sweden.
The city is the seat of Jönköping Municipality which has a population of 122,194 (2006), and also the seat of Jönköping County which has a population of 331,539 (2006).
Jönköping is the seat of a district court and a court of appeal as well as the Swedish National Courts Administration.
Geographically the town is situated by the southern end of Sweden's second largest lake, Vättern. With a sandy beach running through Jönköping is considered a very beautiful city. The original town Jönköping has grown together with Huskvarna and Norrahammar forming a contiguous urban area, since 1971 wholly in the same municipality."
Some old figures since the city is groving a lot.
Using a tripod and a remote this is the result...

Hello Stefan,
This is a lovely night shot. The buildings and church tower in the foreground are very crisp, and I like the way the background is filled with tiny points of blue and gold lights. It creates a magical effect. Congratulations on #100, too! :-)

Grattis Stefan.
I presume!
I'm always happy over my fellow citizens. As we have such a wonderful a country we should be more people out there to frame it.
Your cityscape over the Jerusalem of sweden is great. with a nice warm night light and a haze that creates a bit of mystic.

Stefan,
I am a bit late but I wanna say congratulations for this first important milestone! Once again you've been capable to deliver a beautiful result, whit the beautiful view over your city skyline (which I can't even try to pronounce). Quality is very good and exposure and white balance seem to be ok, as well as clarity and sharpness which I like a lot. I wonder how it would be taken at the blue hour..I think it might be pretty amazing!!
Congratulations Stefan!
Regards,
Igor
