Extremely beautiful heavy sky well rendered by these colours. The reflects give a good contrast to the overall picture. Perhaps a little rotation of the horizon.

I can see why you would love this picture, Frida - it's amazing. That kind of light looks unique and unlike anything I ever saw, and you captured it really well. Seeing the shadows of the rugged texture of the rocks almost creates a bit of an eerie feel. The thin layer of yellow-blueish light between the horizon and the splendid clouds emphasizes the drama. The horizon is leaning a bit to the right, but that's just a minor detail. Great shot, well done.

I agree, the light is amazing. It's great that it's slightly overexposed, that really adds to feeling. I also like very much that som of the cliffs are totally black, that also makes the picture more dramatic. Well captured.

je regrette juste que les reflet sur l'eau soit trop "blanc"... mais il est difficile de faire autrement dans ces conditions...

This is a dramatic image, Frida, almost surrealistic. Hard contrasts between the dark rocks and the light reflecting in the sea, but no sun - and the smooth, but dramatic underside of the clouds. Almost no colors, and those showing are within the same range - odd.
There's a slight curve on the horizon (and maybe a slight tilt), but - there's a boat just above the reflection and that's superb, so far away so clear! This is a great capture, no doubt!

Magnifique composition, j'aime bien le reflet très violent sur l'eau, ça éclaire tout le reste forcément un peu sombre. Le ciel semble bien être le reflet de l'eau et prendre ensemble en sandwich le ciel plus clair de l'horizon

This shot is as impressive and wild as the nature itself. The lighting seen by its reflection from sea waves makes this scene looks extremely dramatic. I like the contrast between the heavy menacing clouds and almost still water which brings the feeling rather not of the storm but of its anticipation and this is exciting. Great view.

very strange, very impressive, beautiful in all...I am not sure about this office screen I am using at the moment but the only thing I can say is maybe I would prefer sky less filtered (there seems to be a halo around the dark rock)..but all in all is an amazing picture..thanks :)

Excellent picture. Dramatic atmosphere because of dark cloudy sky. It's a marvellous "contre-jour" that keeps meanwhile some colors : green grass, blue water and yellow horizon. I select it in my favorites.

I love pictures like this as well. Great capture of light reflecting off the water and the dampened rocks. Also like the silhouettes of the rocks and cliff against a layered sky.

Very impressive study of light. I love the way the foreground rocks have that little bit of detail in them while the rest are just silhouette. The horizon needs to be straightened a little though. Overall a fantastic image.
