Panorama Karlskrona

I return today to Sweden to add a new picture to my travelogue of my trip to South-East Sweden in June.
Here I would like to present you a panorama of the city of Karlskrona.
It was taken during a walk over the isles Saltö (from this isle this picture was taken) and Dragsö (the land at the left hand side of the shot).

Karlskrona is located in the Southern part of Sweden in the province (län) of Blekinge. It is located at several islands in den Blekingska Skärgården (Blekinge Archipelago), the main island is called Trossö. The city was founded in 1680 by King Karl XI of Sweden, who also gave his name to the city.

I like Sweden in august, I can't visited Sweden in another season, unfortunately.That remind about the moment when Silia Line come into Stockholm bay.Excellent picture.Thanks.

Maybe it's little bit saturated but however the light is great.

Hej Lars,
I love large versions and this one is great, as this view gives a really nice visual impact. I especially like the left side of the image and the scene of the blue covered boat, with the wooden passway and the attractive water surface. The colors are great. A good one for the travelogue.

C'est curieux comme un panoramique peut tout transformer. Nous avons l'impression d'être sur place et notre regard ne sait plus où se porter tant le panorama est riche de détails.
Bravo pour cette réalisation.

C'est un panorama superbe, surtout dans sa version large, Lars. Les couleurs sont un peu forcées mais cela reste plaisant à voir. La composition est très équilibrée.

Dag Lars,

De blauwe watergloed van kleur tekend uw foto in de positieve zin, alle andere kleuren contrasteren daarop, alleen in uw LV is de hemel een weinig korrelig, is dit één foto of meerdere Lars? Maar het is zonder meer een mooi panorama zicht over deze rivier en de Zweedse stad.

Hello Lars,
A beautifull panoramic view of Karlskrona. I was near Karlskrona (Ronneby) for 5 month in 2003. This pics remember me how Sweden is a beautifull country.

I love the light and vivid colours on this one Lars. It looks a beautiful place and your composition works very well with the triangle of land bottom right almost diagonally opposite the land on the left. How many photos did you stitch? Good work.

Thats ok for the format as its a very long watered area, nice quality and color too. The place looks quite common one but less now with the picture.

Hi Lars - wonderful panorama, the low light has give nicely saturated colours. I will be going to Sweden next month, but probably not to the southeast.

nice panorama, i like the boats in the foreground, it adds depth to the picture.
And good that you uploaded the big size as well, there is a lot of details that aren't easily seen on the normal size.

Bonjour Lars,
un paysage typiquement scandinave et l'idée de le présenter en panorama est excellente.
De très belles couleurs et une exposition qui rend bien l'ambiance du moment, mais je trouve qu'il y a beaucoup de bruit, surtout dans le ciel.

The place looks stunning and you did a great choice in showing it as a panorama. The details on the large version are very good.

A colourful panorama of this pleasant spot. I like the deep blue of the water contrasted with the orange and red roofs. Your POV is well chosen, as the little docks are well seen and the tall grasses and flora in the right foreground nicely frame and balance the scene. Good lighting and reflections. Well captured.
