Photographer’s Note
This another autumn picture from Uppsala. It shows one of the towers of Uppsala Castle. The construction of the Uppsala Castle started during king Gustavus Wasa in the 16th century. The castle has of course undergone many changes since then. The worst disaster for the castle was the great fire of 1702 when it was damaged to the point of being virtually a ruin. However, it was restored and today it is the residence of the governor.

Hi Ulf,
I like the clarity and beauty of this image. Lovely autumn colors and nice contrast with the grey sky. Excelent POV and perspective.
Well done.

This is a great shot. Wonderful composition! I love how you have the tree on the right so you aren't just capturing a building.
Great colors.
Thanks for sharing,
Katie

Hello Ulf,
A nice point of view and a beautiful composition!
The colour of the castle is very eye-catching, and the fine details in the architecture is nicely captured...
Good autumn foliage, skilfully used to frame the castle!
Greetings,
Pablo -
