Photographer’s Note
This is a close up of the tower of Storkyrkan (The Great Church) or Sankt Nikolai kyrka (Saint Nicolaus Church) The church is the Cathedral and the oldest Church of Stockholm. It was first mentioned in writing in 1279. It is situated next to the Royal Palace in the Old Town of Stockholm. The most famous treasure of the Church is statue of St. George and the Dragon attributed to German sculptor and painter Bernt Notke (1435-1509) and carved in oak and decorated with elk horn and gilt metal. All the royal weddings take place here. Crown Princess Victoria will marry in Storkyrkan next year.

Hello Ulf,
Fine light this late summer day!
Excellent texture in the concrete walls, and the framing including the dark brown gives a fine colour contrast...
A fine composition with good details!
