Photographer's Note

The photo was taken from a place called Strandhem. The boats belong to the local fishermen. The dark structure to the left is a landing stage. To the right in the distance the Oresund bridge which link Sweden and Denmark can be seen.

Hi christian.
I like the composition and the colours of this shot.
The sky is really beautiful with the sun.
But I think that the left part does not add a lot to the picture.

Great sunset photo Christian!
The texture in the ripples of the sea is good, and i like the visible disc of the sun just above the horizon. The silhouettes of the boats add quite a classic feel, and yet the view of the bridge in the distance adds a different touch. Lovely colours.

Hi Christian, a nice sunset shot with the sun glowing onto the sea and the boat silhouettes, inclusion of the Oresund bridge is a nice bonus that helps localize the place. Excellent depth of field.

Clouds and great colurs created a beautiful sky. The fact there is so many boats is ok, because the botom of the picture is not empty. the atmosphere is great, just I would like thicker frame.

Pretty peaceful isn't it Christian. It's like the boats are resting and the red sea is putting them to sleep. The clouds, red and fiery, doesn't seem to like the day setting down. And the red sun, it is like a period, a full stop, to end the day.

Nice picture! I especially like the colours of the sky and all the black little boats on the water. (Did you increase any colours, btw?)

I also took a picture of the Øresundbrigde, from the Danish side, but it 's not a very good picture compared to this one.

Beautiful sunset. Very crisp and colorful with the silhouettes of the boats really getting the end of day feel across. The water is reflecting the sunlight beautifully here. In addition to the boats the bridge adds an excellent addition to this sunset. It connects with the distance and sort of creates the feel of everyone having departed into the horizon. Nicely done.

Underbar solnedgång Christian. Jag känner inte riktigt igen att det fanns så många båtar utanför Strandhem, men det var många år sen jag var där.
Solens fär är fantastisk och den centrerade positionen funkar bra med de andra ting som finns i omgivningen.
