Photographer’s Note
That day was all like that - with clouds which partly hid, partly opened the sun, and it was impossible to guess at what moment the sun will appear.
When I look at this photo I think that in these very difficult light conditions it would have been impossible to take a photo with the sun shining directly into the camera if it had not been a cloudy day. But thanks to the clouds it became possible.
In the background: Sцdermalm.
Strangely, all the PP work was: very slight shadows adjustment to make the car on the right look less dark (it is not too dark as it is, though, in the original shot); sharpening: 30% at 0.3 px radius.
Info about the shot:
Settings: Automatic (!)
This camera has a mind of its own ;)

ciao Elena,
composizione gradevole dai tanti elementi in cui non disturba neanche l'auto in primo piano tanto l'attenzione и concentrata sullo splendido cielo nuvoloso.

Добрый полдень,Елена,
Спешу поздравить с очередной классной работой.Получилось в серо-металлико-голубых тонах, завидую. Я бы тоже хотел пошляться по таким местам.
Удачно прожить вторую часть дня!

Hi Elena,
I like this composition where the boat and the car are placed opposite to each other and along a diagonal in the picture. It really looks like another hot day, with very few people around. The Saab-owner might have a very hot car when he (or she) returns...
Kind regards
Gunnar

Hello my dear Elena
Yes, if there were no cloud, the contrast between black car and white ship could be bother matter, I guess. Very tight framework and sharpness as usual.
Thanks for sharing and best regards

Hello Elena,
Even that your camera had a mind of its own, it did a good job, with the help of you, of course. :-) I like the composition and perspective, the summer atmosphere and the natural colours with excellent clarity. The clouds are gorgeous too and the management of light excellent. TFS!
Kind regards,
Lasse

Hej Elena,
another wonderful photo from you. I like the composition very much, where we can see Mosebacke between the boat and the car.
The cloud formations really makes the photo even more interesting. And as usual: excellent sharpness and colors !
Very well done !

dear Elena,
two curved objects that were mede by human and natural cloud in the sky make joyful space in your shot.
in this, the back light also makes the curves vivid in edges and the cloud interestingly cubic.
generally viewers like clear light condition, but actually the shadow supports the light indeed.
your using shadow is nice here.
thank you,
Akihisa

Hello Elena,
A strangely empty view of what is normally a very busy area, but I suppose poeple tried to stay away from the sun. In spite of the vessel and the vehicle I find the well captured clouds the most impressive feature.

Hello Elena,
A very nicely composed shot with the boat and the car balancing it well. Your dof keeps everything sharply focussed for the enjoyment of the viewer.
Although you mention cloudy conditions, the light is bright and the sky has a clear radiance.
Have a good w/e,
Bev :-)

Hi Elena,
Excellent shot. I agree of course that the fantastic sky is something that contributes to the beauty of the picture. However, also the back-light and the diagonals contribute very much to the attractiveness. You have also made excellent use of the car in your composition. TFS and have nice Saturday evening!
Cheers,
Ulf

Hi Elena
Really impressive sky and it's true that the play of the clouds will certainly define the critical moment for a good dshot. I'm sure you chose the right moment to shoot.
Have a good day and TFS

Hi Elena,
fantastic impression of modern Sweden with the most effective use of the difficult light. A very dynamic atmosphere. I can imagine this image with green trees instead of the black car but then it would show us the idyllic and romantic atmosphere of the harbor. An excellent contribution in the best spirit of TE!
Have a nice sunday,
Harriet

Hi Elena,
You have balanced the two mode of transportation well in the frame. Everything is in its place against the puffy white cloud of the blue sky. Very good presentation and I like it.
TFS and best regards,
