Photographer’s Note

This little boy, a tourist from Norway, was eager to demonstrate his ability to swim under water, with his new diving goggles.

I guess he was around six years old and actually this is the same lake, Vadjungen, where I myself learned to swim, when I was about that age!

That looks like such a lovely piece of water colours actually thats been well composed and nicely seen.

Hej Gunnar,
The water looks very brown, but that fits well to the colour of the boy's skin and his swimming trunks.
In 20 years from now you can watch this picture and imagine whatever became of that little boy.

A very good capture of this little lad full of liveliness. Good light, whilst his red costume brings a nice splash of colour to the rather brown water.

An inventive and not everydays photo. I like the sharp watersurface and this blurred "frogman" here very much. A wonderful and natural effect. Today I also would like to be a frogman...

The water should be very cold for me...
However the boy looks enjot to swim with his new diving goggles.
