Always again I like these auburn barns "up there" in Scandinavia - particularly if they are so well-kept like this one. A beautiful rural and somehow rooted to the soil scenery. Being a cow there must be great ;-))

Hello Gunnar,
I seem to be missing out here, they just don't seem to go in for red barns in France ;-) This one makes a very good subject with its rich red tones and interesting textures in wood and roof. The angle of view is well chosen to give a long perspective and bring in additional interest from the repeating motifs of the windows.

Nice shot of this old red barn. Your composition is fine using a nice angle to create a good sense of depth. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail.

just "another" barn of "typically Swedish" colours with white window frames and a gren tree behind it ... but it is so nice :) I like it! I like these bright "typically Swedish" colours :)
Excellent composition! and it's funny that the barn looks kind of lopsided :)

Simple picture, and splendidly arranged perspective. I never saw the barn in such colour. I will admit, that pleases me such lively colour. Superbly he corresponds with the green of the vegetation and with the sky blue. Very good sharpness and nice POV. Replete Colours saturated impromptu, which I like very much.

this image has so much atmosphere of the Swedish summer that one can even smell the hay ! I like the typical colors very much and the light is also excellent. An impression that cheers up my heart on a very cold and grey day. TFS!

Scandinavia and North America seem to paint all their barns red. :) They do make a wonderful imapct on the landscape and red is a photographers friend in most cases. Good light and technical quality.

Yes this picture reminded me that I have seen such large sheds in Sweden. . There you'll find many interesting things. Many of these red barns were built long ago. Good job. Beautiful photos

I agree with Kath, barns in North America and Scandinavia seem to ALWAYS be red! You won't see anything like this in Holland or in Italy, just to name two countries I'm familiar with... All in all : a great, classic RGB. Striking angle and light management, brilliant contrast and colors, lovely mood. TFS! Have a nice evening, I'll be seeing you.

Just another red barn that stands out wonderfully against the splendid blue sky and its lovely billowing clouds.
The lush green of the tree poking up behind the barn contrasts brilliant with the sky.
