The highrise is the Storkyrkan (The Great Church) taken from the Royal Palace/ -Castle at night. See the link at the bottom for the exact location.
Church is from the 13th century. I don't know the exact height but my guess is about 80m. This is in the old part of Stockholm called Gamla Stan.
We were taking pictures on our tripods when a guard came up to us and told us it is not allowed to hang-out in front of the palace at night. It was a polite approach. We could take a few more pictures and then left.

A very successful night photo from Stockholm. I like the way the tower of Storkyrkan is illuminated and stands out against the sky. The overall light management is good with one street lamp nicely caught as a 'star'. :-) Well done!
